Flagged 2026-09-08. Non-delivery of a 0.57395628 BTC -> 87.33135572 XMR order (~$45,400) created 2026-09-07 via El Capo's partner API (order 16B53402BD0BA087C06855ED9CD3293E). The BTC deposit address their API issued (bc1qw0zr6z996td5pg39wa20a5vryhavhq4fcgr79n) was funded, then swept by El Capo's own key (sweep tx 629df2a314b2e49036488f05de2c51bf7dd09cd198bb344776d29d6e04f0408f) - an on-chain spend proving control. No XMR was delivered; the operator then denied the order existed. Corroborated by xmr.club, which downgraded El Capo A -> F and terminated its paid sponsorship over the same incident. Do not send funds.
